Leadership starts with Change… And Change starts with Leadership…
Helps to set the tone of importance and the dependence of both.
I show the following fun yet insightful video of starting Leadership and the movement of Change, the first team members to join, followed by a larger team:
Then incorporate the Steps of change:
- Denial to the problem. Establishing the desire for change.
- Establishing the Enemy. Finding urgency. The significant emotional experience.
- Acceptance.
- Make certain the team has the tools to facilitate change and barriers are eliminated.
- Sustain
- Follow up and Plan-Do-Check-Act. Make certain the team knows they are appreciated and are part of the solution.
